JULY 20 TH “SheBusiness” AWARDS TO MARK $10,000 DAY FOR WOMAN SMALL BUSINESS OWNER FROM LOS ANGELES

Media invited to learn how LA’s rising stars are building successful
eBusinesses on the Internet

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 19, 2006 – One LA woman entrepreneur will earn a $10,000 prize at the July 20th SheBusiness 2006 Grand Gala Award Ceremony from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. at the Los Angeles Millennium Biltmore Hotel. The evening salutes 10 finalists in SheBusiness, a program of the non-profit Small Business Technology Institute sponsored by Intel® that helps women eBusinesses thrive on the Internet.

Honorees represent unique businesses, including eco-friendly “green” construction, personal care products, environmental law, canine training and online clothing boutiques that feature top LA fashion designers. Among the top 10 are women who symbolize the innovation and entrepreneurship among LA’s Hispanic, Asian and Black communities.
